Attorney Jake Buckland has earned a reputation in the legal community as a persistent and skilled attorney that is dedicated to his clients.
For over five years, Attorney Buckland has represented clients in matters ranging from multi-million dollar personal injury matters and contract disputes, to serious violent felonies, to DWIs and traffic tickets, covering both the public and private sector. He has handled thousands of matters for thousands of clients. He approaches each case as unique and every person as his equal, always ensuring that his clients fully understand the circumstances of their case and have no doubts that they are receiving the highest quality representation. A Binghamton native, Attorney Buckland is dedicated to his community. After completing law school at Penn State Law (WE ARE!), he returned home to serve his community. He is a member of the Broome County Bar Association, the New York State Bar Association, the New York State Defender's Association, and the New York State Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers. He also serves on the board for the Adam R. Nesbitt Memorial Scholarship Foundation, and has previously served on the board of directors for several other local non-profits.
